Conference Attendee Policy

The BTN Group will only accept registration from qualified corporate travel and meetings managers and procurement/sourcing professionals who are responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme and sponsors. Registration from travel suppliers including travel management companies, travel agencies, 3rd party meeting planning companies, and consultants will not be accepted. The BTN Group has the final right to accept or deny registration. If you have any questions, please contact dmeyer@thebtngroup.com.

Registration does not include travel or accommodations and is the responsibility of the attendee.
